James Patterson filed an application for disability benefits which resulted in the award of benefits with an onset date of December 8, 1976, the date he had claimed. In October of 1978 he was notified that his disability had been administratively determined to have ceased. On February 28, 1980, an administrative law judge upheld the agency, deciding that while Patterson could not work at his previous employment he could do sedentary work. Patterson appeals from the district courts grant of summary judgment to the Secretary. We reverse.
